Who are Colmena Pure Honey?

Proudly family-owned in Western Australia, Colmena Pure Honey has been crafting premium raw honey since 2010. We’re passionate about producing high-quality honey that preserves all its natural goodness — just as it comes from the hive.
Our bees forage across the pristine forests of WA, including Gingin, the Kalamunda Hills, Jarrahdale, and Dwellingup. Each harvest reflects the unique flora of these regions, resulting in honey with distinct flavours, colours, and textures.
We harvest only during the peak “honey flow” season and gently extract our honey using a centrifuge process. This ensures it remains raw, unprocessed, and rich in natural nutrients and enzymes.
Our varieties are named after the native trees and flowers our bees visit, including Bottlebrush, Red Gum, White Gum, Jarrah, Blackbutt, Wildflower, and Karri.

Why choose raw honey?

Raw honey is naturally rich in antioxidants and known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It can support immunity, aid digestion, soothe sore throats, promote healthy skin, and provide a natural energy boost.
Delicious and versatile, raw honey is the perfect natural sweetener for drinks, cooking, and everyday use.
If you love supporting local producers and want to enjoy pure, natural honey — come and say hello and taste the difference.
