Who are Entrepà?
Introducing ENTREPÀ, in Catalan it means BETWEEN BREAD, which translated in English is sandwich, or bocadillo in Spanish. Laura is from Valencia, a region in Spain well known for their brunches (Almuerzo/esmorzar) and in Valencia everyone stops at mid morning to enjoy their ENTREPÀ. In early 2025, Laura decided to embark on the adventure that is running a small business. Laura says, the aim of this project is to show the public that spanish food is not only paella and tapas!
