Fremantle is a hot bed of creative talents and the music scene has always been a much loved part of life in the Port town.  Freo Farmers Market has had the opportunity to enjoy the local and touring talents of some pretty incredible professional artists, emerging artists and performers.  The opportunity to perform at the morning market to friends, family, and visitors is exciting for many musicians who usually only play evening gigs.  The Freo Farmers Market provides a wonderful atmosphere for the community to relax with a coffee or breakfast and enjoy Sunday morning with some of the most exciting musicians our town has to offer.

How to apply for the music tent

Musicians must play from 9.30am - 11.30am, we supply the PA, Mic and stand.  We prefer solo or duo's for the market as it is Sunday morning and the music is a big part of the atmosphere (but not the main attraction).  Musicians are welcome to busk. How to apply for the street busker

Within the market, you can find our talented street buskers. Each Sunday, one musician is invited to set up and share their sound with the community in a true busking spirit – no stage, no set fee, just great music and a passing crowd.
